Depends on the size of the hotel: I’ll list the the bigger hotel department and a smaller one.
Big property:
Guest Services Director
Front Office Manager(some times there is 1 manager for each shift)
Front Desk Supervisor
Reservations Supervisor/Manager
Reservations staff
Front Desk Staff (number of agents depends on the hotel)
Smaller hotel:
Assistant General Manager (or sometimes even the General Manager) performs the duties of the Front Office Manager
Front Desk Staff
Smaller hotels don’t tend to have a reservations department on site. But that depends on the chain of the hotel and its size.
Other departments in the hotel (bigger one)
Restaurant Manager
Food and Beaverage Manager (usually same as the restauarnt manager)
Banquets department
Housekeeping
Night Lobby
Sales
Catering
Reservations
Executive board (Assistant General Manager aka Director of Operations, and General Manager, sometimes Guest Services Director)
Revenue Managment
Bellman
Shuttle (usually goes in to the bellman department)
Gift Shop
Pool Manager
Parking Manager/Supervisor
All depends on the hotel structor, the smaller the hotel is-the bigger the chance that there is one manager performing job duites of other departments.
